hotel is in the heart of Toledo, few meters from Zocodover Square. In spite of this, you can hardly hear any noise (they have double windows). They don't have their own parking, they do have an arranged parking and it's about 100 meters away, in front of the Alcazar (15? full day). quality/price ratio is great; normally we don't take breakfast at the hotel, I have to say, that apart from the fact that it was part of the offer, it is really fantastic. It has been a long time since we have found such a varied and good breakfast! It's worth taking. It is worth mentioning that the hotel gave us an excursion for staying there, detail!!!! cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness of the rooms and above all the treatment we have received has been great. In addition, we would like to add that the hotel has the best cocktail terrace/bar in all of Toledo, marvel! Without a doubt, highly recommended and city WONDERFUL!

The location was great. Breatfast and lounge area were great. Room was very clean.
Located unfortunately across from a bar. There can be a lot of noise on weekend nights. Hallways are in tile, and noise echos whenever anyone is walking there, adding to the noise.

The service was excellent. The hotel is located close to the main sights.- The restaurant features beautiful Moorish motifs.- It's just a 5-minute walk from a Roman Catholic church.

The location is great, close to everything there is to see if you are traveling for tourism. The terrace of the hotel has magnificent views, although we could not take anything, was closed for being out of season, it is worth going up for the views.
The disorganization at breakfast, coinciding with the bridge of the constitution and be full accommodation, when we went down to breakfast were all the tables occupied, this in itself is not a problem, I can understand that we had to wait, but what is not logical is that there was no organization, someone from the staff, pending what table was free, We had to clean it up and pass it around, we had to walk between the tables to see which table was free, and since there are two entrances to the dining room, other guests who arrived occupied a table first if you were not smart, then once we were seated, we had to wait to have the table cleaned up, which was quite dirty and turned out to be unpleasant, uncomfortable and certainly not suitable. Regarding the quality of the acceptable breakfast.

I liked that the room faced the Plaza de la Magdalena which is quiet and without noise, and that on the roof of the Hotel it had a lookout terrace where they have a Chill out bar called Azotea where there is a beautiful view of Toledo, and which is open at night. Both guests and people from outside can go there to have dinner or cocktails, which are also very good. The breakfast is quite complete and varied, and all the hotel staff was very kind to us.
There was nothing I didn't like about the accommodations. From Toledo Center the parking, because it is complicated, there is near a parking called Garaje Alcazar, which you get a discount if you stay in a hotel and present a discount ticket that the hotel gives you before picking up the vehicle. It is curious the garage, because the personnel that works (3-4 people) when entering, they park it, and they take care of everything, they keep the key in a reception of the garage and if you need to take the vehicle or to take something out of the car you can go and ask them for the key, it is narrow and with low ceilings and for that reason they do it themselves to take advantage of more space depending on the time that you are, moving the vehicles of place if it is necessary.

Central of Toledo, nearby of Alcazar. Cathedral and most of monuments can be reached by walking within a few minutes. Breakfast is perfect. The restaurant in rear side of hotel provides very good traditional spain food. Room rate is reasonable for tourist. The top roof of Carlos V is worthy to stay, you can see all the city and Alcazar is right in your back side.
Room is a little bit small, space for luggage is not so convenient.
